Connect your own ChatGPT or Claude to your mom's profile
Triangle works with Claude, ChatGPT, Grok and other assistants that support MCP. If you help manage her profile, you can connect your own assistant to it and choose what it can see. It can then read her records, labs and medications in Windowsill and answer your questions from them.

If your mom uses Claude or ChatGPT herself, she can connect it to her profile and choose what it can see. Each of you sees and disconnects your own connections in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections.
Open your assistant's settings
Look for the place to add connectors, or Plugins in ChatGPT.
Add a new connector
Paste in the address on the sill below.
Sign in to Triangle
Sign in as yourself when it asks.
Choose, then accept
On Triangle's consent screen, pick her profile and what it can see and change.

Where to find it
Claude
Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, then paste the address. A Triangle sign-in appears the first time Claude uses it.
ChatGPT
Plugins → + → Add custom MCP server. Enter a name and the address, set Authentication to OAuth, tick “I understand and want to continue”, then Create as a plugin and sign in to Triangle.Needs ChatGPT Business, Enterprise or Edu, added by a workspace admin, or Pro for read-only.
Grok
Skills and Connectors → New Connector → Custom. Enter a name and the address, then sign in to Triangle and accept.Needs a paid Grok plan.

Once connected, what an assistant reads is handled under that assistant's own privacy policy, which Triangle doesn't control. Connect only an assistant you trust.
You can disconnect yours any time in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections, and access stops right away.
